Well I am grateful to know that yesterday in a 24 hour period I had only smoked 15 smokes

Yeah me!!!!

I am grateful that I had a really nice rest last night but I was doing quite a bit yesterday also which felt good.

I am grateful that today I can just try to be a little kinder to someone else and not have to take there inventory.

Grateful this morning for the ability to do upgrades and keep everything running smooth. It takes a lot of work which some don't understand until they actually do it. Grateful that I have been able to train myself in most things which is cool, I didn't destroy all of my brain cells

This morning I am grateful to have gotten 3 forums updated and installed all the updates on all the blogs yesterday. I thought that I was doing it wrong and it comes to find out that I was doing it right just didn't click on a button LMAO. Yep trials and errors of learning.

Glad that I can learn today and be happy with progress and not perfections.

Grateful for the things that I have and very grateful for the things that I don't have.

Grateful for the rain as it come falling down this morning and the ability to breath it in.

I am grateful that I woke up again this morning even if I only did sleep a few hours. I am grateful I had SNC to come to when I did wake up. I am grateful that you were able to be with your sister Vic. I am also grateful for choices today.

Today I am grateful for the ability to hold my tongue when I would rather just let something out! That is progress and so today I can go to the hospital and see my Sister and not tell the staff what I think about them

Grateful for each of you everyday that comes here and we all are on a journey that is so blessed and wonderful. Grateful....

Grateful today that I don't have to

everything that is going on in my life and also grateful that my Sister is doing well.

Grateful for the support of others that has helped me to gain my clean time just for today.

Grateful that we is not only me and that now I have to pee LOL OK j/k being silly.

Grateful to wake up to another day and be happy in it and within myself. sold my equipment yesterday which was kinda sad

knowing I can never do that work again is heartbreaking.

On the upside of it though I was able to make a financial amends with it as well so that was way cool

I am grateful this morning that my Sister is out of the hospital and really Grateful that I was clean so I had the ability to be with her during this last week. Grateful so Grateful that I am clean and am useful to others today

Today I am grateful that I have the capability and the mentality to be able to train myself into new areas of work and life. Today I am really grateful that I might have another job setting up a site for my barber that lives here and also for another person. Ah the gifts of staying clean keep a coming my way as long as I keep doing the footwork
